FMP Conclusion
So all the work is handed in and uni is over! for the last project i think iv done quite well, all my buildings are similar to how my pre production had shown them. i really enjoyed this project, trying to get the polys on the models as low as possible was quite challenging though. if i had more time i would have produced even more props and building to help with the feel of the over all game..

Final Project!!
So i've finished all the models and textures for my final project. I really enjoyed creating these models, especially the car. I had some fun with texturing and creating each asset and I think it shows. Hopefully i'll get some renders up of my buildings in the actual game environment quite soon. Also turnarounds are still to come, but for now here's some renders of the final models.

Car Update
So here's the car so far, im pretty happy with it now, the bump and spec map made a huge difference, it still needs a normal map, just to enhance the bump a little bit more. I've also made a green diffuse map, so the car can be placed in the same scene multiple times, without noticing the repetition as much.

SHOP UPDATE!
Here is where i'm at with the shop, I added a bin and some bin bags to the side of the building, these little extras really bring the building alive, and makes the whole scene look "lived in". I still need to create the textures for the windows, and also create and apply a normal and a spec map.

School Update
I've been working on the school recently so decided to show you where i'm at so far with it, along with the diffuse, I have also added a bump map now, so that the bricks of the building would stand out and give more depth to the whole model. Aswell as the new map, I have added windows i think these fit in well with the whole model and feel of the game. Still got quite a bit more left to do though!

UPDATE!!!
So here is where i'm at so far with creating and texturing the models. these are just the plain diffuse maps, i still need to create and apply normal, specular and ambient occlusion. So i still got quite a bit left to do, i also still got the hotel to unwrap and texture. I really enjoyed modelling the car, i'm not too pleased with the texturing of it so far though. I need to go back and tweak certain parts of each of the diffuse maps so that i'm happy with them.
Ultimate Image
As
part of the business module for my course, i had to create an ultimate image
that shows off my work, i had a few various ideas for this project but i didn't
like the outcome of each one. This is the final design i came up with and i'm
pretty happy with it. It shows the car that i have modelled, in its wireframe,
shaded and textured stages.
